Yes. The Free plan is free for up to 5 users, forever. No credit card, no hidden fees, no time limits. When your team grows beyond 5 people, you can upgrade to Growth to unlock the full platform.
You'll receive a notification and a 14-day grace period to upgrade. During this window all features remain active. After that, new users won't be able to access the platform until you upgrade your plan.
AI usage powers the Tu Ruta personal coaching feature. Each conversation, analysis and recommendation draws from a shared usage pool for your entire team. Free includes standard AI usage — enough to try it out. Growth gives your workspace 2x that capacity, more than enough for daily coaching across your team. Higher plans scale up from there. Usage resets monthly and does not roll over.
No penalties. You can cancel any time. If you cancel an annual subscription, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused months, except where required by local law (such as Brazil's Consumer Protection Code — Lei 8.078/1990).
No. The Points Marketplace is fully included in every Ohana plan at no additional cost — including the Free plan. Ohana does not charge transaction fees on point redemptions. The points employees earn and redeem are managed by your organization.
